Introducing

Jaxton Harrison Hodges

7 pounds 8 oz

He is very Sweet and we love him to peaces.  His sisters adore him. 

He did not come with out being a little stubborn.  You see about 36 weeks I got high blood pressure.  That was to be expected since I had the same problem with my girls.  The doctor was not so inclined to induce me this time around however due to the fact that he was a boy and there lungs seem not to develop as well (trust me he has a set of lungs that are fully developed that was not a problem.) so we did the weekly routine of blood pressure checks all the way to 39 weeks which is the longest I have ever been pregnant and I was more than ready for him to come.  Finally I went for a blood pressure check on the 11th of august and my doctor was on call and was so nice and decided to induce me on the one time that I thought it would be a smart idea for brody to stay home.  I told Brody just to stay home it would be easier!  I should have probably made him come.  After 5 different tries at an IV and 2 blown veins I had I was on my way it took less than 4 hours and he was here in all his glory!  We are still adjusting as to what to do with a boy but we wouldn't change him for the world.

9 months of no blogging.

I guess I am off the blogging strike or I finally have some cute pictures to post. 

My really good friend took some darling pictures of the girls.  They are getting so big I can't seem to keep up with them.

Elisa is getting so big!  She just finished her first year of pre-school and thinks she pretty much knows everything.  She know all her letters, The sounds that go with them, She loved to right her name and tell us her phone number.  She is really into horses right now and wants to get one for are back yard.  She is dreaming but why can't a girl dream.  She is really excited to have little brother she asks everyday when he is coming. 

 Kennedy is Growing so fast.  She will be 2 at the end of this month and for the most part she is just sweat and mellow.  Some days I look at her and wonder where she came from.  She never leaves my side for to long and always needs to know right were I am at.  She repeats everything that we say and loves her sister.  She on the other hand may not be as excited to share me with a new baby.  She always has a smile on her face and she loves to be outside.  But she does not like to be dirty in the slightest.  She may be more like me than is good for her.

I just want everyone to know I have been trying to get a good picture of them together for almost exactly two years and We finally accomplished that!  They might like each other after 2 years!

Brody is keeping busy with work, school, and church and loves when he gets to just relax!  I am ready to have this baby already and have a little boy around.  Although he may never have a name because we don't agree on anything and I am not sure what to do with boys. 

Elisa's First Day of Preschool

Elisa started preschool last week and has fallen in love! She is so obediant to get ready in the morning when I wake her up. She loves learning and telling me all the things that they have done in class. It is weird not to have her around two mornings a week but I am glad she is doing well with this!

Redfish Lake

I am for warning you this may be a blog overload! I haven't blogged forever and have tons I want to blog about. First off is Redfish Lake. At the End of July we went to a family Reunion at Redfish. I have been going there my wholE life so it is nice to take my kids and let them enjoy it!We went to the fish Hatchory and went fishing and watched them mark Salmon.

We did lots of Jet Skiing! Even my grandma took a go at it!

These to trouble makers had alot of fun together!

I can't believe my baby is "1" !

Kennedy is a happy girl all the time. She loves to smile at everyone and when in church thinks that is time to start entertaining people! Things that Kennedy love to do at one are: walk, say go and dada, she loves dogs, she still loves to cuddle and she most importantly loves her mommy! I have to be in sight at all times if she can't see me she lets me know it! She loves to swim, play outside and follow her sister everywhere!

My sister did a little photo session and Kennedy especially liked sitting in the cup she thought it was so funny!

Dance Recital

Well the following videos are of Elisa's dance recital. The videos pretty much explain how well it went. I guess I should tell you that Elisa has Quite the personality and if she is not going to do something she is not going to do it! She had a dress Rehersal earlier in the day and did every move to the dances but not for the recital she was not having it. Plus I think she had to go the bathroom! Finally for the Final they got her to dance by bribing her with Candy. If I would have thought of that sooner then maybe she would have danced the whole time!
